Rocks & Trees

I recently discovered a wonderful natural area within Calgary called Griffith Wood. This is a natural area with pathways, and streams; a lovely area to walk in and one that I shall be exploring photographically on a regular basis.

This particular picture is one that I love to find and love to print. The image causes one to pause and question what is being looked at. The rocks are actually under water and the trees and sky are reflected there. Initially you may want to turn the image around! It is this ambiguity that I like and I now have several pictures like this.
