Ship's Bow

This picture was taken on our Panama Canal cruise. I was returning to the ship and was taken by the appearance of the ship's bow firmly secured to the dock. I liked the way all the lines carved the bow into several different shapes. To make as dramatic a statement as I could, I set up the camera in a very low position, quite close to the dock, using a short focal length.
